My name's Rosanna and I own Sapling Social. It's nice to meet you! I've had a passion for marketing for 5+ years and my dream is coming true by running this business. I love everything social media and combining that with the ability to help people grow their business made this company.

My Story

If you want the full story, we have to go back to High School in 2019 picking my GCSEs when I chose Media Studies. I sat in the first lesson of that course and I knew that was the place for me: the combination of analytics with the creative side - it was the dream! That passion is what has carried me through my A-Levels and then into my work experience, apprenticeship, full time marketing roles and now into running my own business.

The decision to set up Sapling happened very off the cuff (how professional) when a family friend asked for some advice with her social media. Whilst advising her, I loved seeing her grow because of the work we were doing together and I realised I could make it into a living.

The name Sapling Social came from one of my full time marketing roles where I had the nickname Sapling - I was fresh onto the scene, constantly growing and I loved green (still do) so combining that with 'Social' for my industry just made sense!

When I'm not working, I love to go running, play cricket, go to concerts and travel the world with my partner.
